Terms and Conditions - Whisky Tasting Experience
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and participation in the Whisky Tasting Experience hosted by The Angels' Share, 2 Arcade Walk, Hitchin, SG5 1EE (hereinafter referred to as "the Event"). By purchasing a ticket for this Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ticket Sales and Payment
2.1. Tickets for the Event are sold and issued by authorised ticket agents on behalf of The Angels' Share, 2 Arcade Walk, Hitchin, SG5 1EE.
2.2. The ticket price is £45 per person and includes the whisky tasting experience and an authentic Indian meal.
2.3. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the Event is cancelled or rescheduled (see Section 5).
2.4. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
3. Event Details
3.1. The Whisky Tasting Experience will take place at The Angels' Share, 2 Arcade Walk, Hitchin, SG5 1EE, starting at 7:00 PM on the specified event date.
3.2. The experience includes a guided whisky tasting session featuring a selection of premium whiskies, as well as an authentic Indian meal.
3.3. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend. Proof of age (such as a valid passport or driving licence) may be required upon entry.
3.4. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any participant who appears intoxicated or behaves in a disruptive manner.
4. Health, Safety, and Liability
4.1. The consumption of alcohol carries inherent risks. Participants are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and in moderation.
4.2. The organisers will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by attendees unless caused by negligence on the part of The Angels' Share, 2 Arcade Walk, Hitchin, SG5 1EE
4.3. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the Event.
4.4. Any food allergies or dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking by sending an email directly to the venue contact Harpreet Singh: Tel 07920 426727.
While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, the organisers cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
5. Cancellations and Amendments
5.1. In the unlikely event that the organisers cancel or reschedule the Event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
5.2. No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.
5.3. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the whisky selection or menu due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Behaviour and Conduct
6.1. All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other attendees, and the venue.
6.2. Any participant found to be causing a nuisance, using offensive language, or engaging in disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave without refund.
7. Data Protection
7.1. Personal information provided at the time of booking will only be used for the purposes of administering the Event and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7.2. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be contacted regarding event details or any changes to the scheduled experience.
